For all team members:
1.       Agile methodology trained
2.       Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio TFS
3.       English proficiency
4.       Mandarin language is a plus

As I also mentioned that we are also looking to hire a seasoned HR executive (1 position):
1.       Ability to organize and manage
recruitment and communication multi-channel (newspaper ads, job sites, LinkedIn, job fair, etc.)
2.       Screen the candidates by conducting telephone or personal interviews and prepare for technical interviews
3.       Understand manpower requisition for the company
4.       Organize, maintain and update the database for the candidates
5.       Doing background verification for short listed candidates

For Delivery Manager (1 position):
1.       Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certificate preferred
2.       Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse project delivery experience
3.       Dimensional and Relational Data Modeling
4.       Familiar with case tools such as PowerDesigner / ERWin
5.       Ability to identify and improve test approach for BI/DW project and ensure test cases are designed and executed in alignment with scope
6.       Sense of drive for excellence and quality
7.       Good people, resource, time and scope management skill

For .NET C# Developers (4 positions: 2 seniors, 2 juniors):
1.       Dev Express WinForm Component - which is the key component used by the application
2.       Dev Express ASP.NET MVC Component
3.       At least one WinForm project experience
4.       Familiar with .NET Framework 4.5 and WCF
5.       Basic SQL programming ability
6.       Troubleshooting and triage ability
7.       Familiar with ASP.NET MVC, HTML, CSS, Javascript
8.       Good habit to create unit test first before delivering the work

For MS SQL DBA (1 position):
1.       Certified Microsoft SQL Server DBA preferred
2.       Hands on ability on SQL programming and database management
3.       Hands on ability on SSIS
4.       Hands on ability on SQL performance turning

For SQL Developers (2 positions: 1 senior, 1 junior):
1.       SSIS - mandatory
2.       SSAS - mandatory
3.       SQL Programming - mandatory
4.       SSRS, PowerPivot - Good to have
5.       Basic C# knowledge on  developing script control in SSIS
6.       Ability to create SQL Unit Test is a plus
